This notice forms part of the Terms of Service, and you will be directed to this notice from any screen within the Service that displays performance, such as backtest or scanner results. ## 1. Nature of the Service Rulyfi is a **tool for historical-data-based backtesting and strategy analysis** relating to cryptocurrencies (virtual assets), and is intended for educational and informational purposes. The Service does **not** constitute any of the following: - Investment advice, investment solicitation, investment brokerage, discretionary investment management, or any similar financial service - A financial investment business or a quasi-investment-advisory business under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률) The Company does not recommend any asset or strategy. The figures, rankings, and sorted results displayed in the Service are merely the results of calculations based on the criteria selected by the user, and do not constitute a solicitation to invest in any particular asset or strategy. ## 2. Limitations of Backtest and Scanner Results (Hypothetical Performance) The backtest and scanner results provided by the Service are **hypothetical simulation results obtained by applying the conditions specified by the user to historical data for a specific period**, and are not records of actually executed trades. Hypothetical performance is subject to the following inherent limitations: - Because the results do not represent actual executed trades, they may not fully reflect factors that arise in actual trading, such as slippage, lack of liquidity, partial fills, trading fees, taxes, and changes in market conditions. - Because the results are calculated by applying historical data with the benefit of hindsight, information that could not have been known at the actual time of trading may have been reflected in the results. - No account is guaranteed to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. ## 3. Past Performance and Future Results **Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results.** Favorable backtest results do not mean that the same or similar performance will occur in actual trading. ## 4. Risks of Virtual Asset Trading Virtual asset trading involves the following significant risks: - Price volatility is extremely high, and substantial losses may occur within a short period. - There is a possibility of a **total loss** of invested principal. - Operational risks exist, such as exchange hacking, withdrawal restrictions, and service suspensions. - Trading may become restricted due to changes in the regulatory environment. ## 5. User's Responsibility None of the information, figures, or results provided by the Service guarantee any profit. Whether or not to carry out an actual trade, and any resulting profits or losses, lie **entirely within the user's own judgment and responsibility**. Before carrying out any trade, the user must independently exercise judgment after carefully considering their own financial situation, investment experience, and risk tolerance, and must seek professional advice where necessary. Where the Company is found liable, the scope and limit of such liability shall be governed by Article 15 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms of Service. ## 6.
